Detroit Kubernetes: Kubernetes Cron Jobs

I spoke at Detroit Kubernetes, Docker & all related things about Kubernetes Cron Jobs. The talk was more like an explanation with a demo. My demo skills are non-existent so I needed to build those a little. Overall, the demo went well. But, I feel like the zoom feature in Visual Studio Code needs some work. I ended up in iTerm2 using vim to make up for the oddities VSCode threw at me. [Read More]

DevOpsDays Charlotte 2018 Ignite Talk on Go

Also, I don’t think we could have asked for a more inviting and welcoming speaker lounge either. [Read More]

Open Source 101 Raleigh 2018

I had the opportunity to attend and speak at Open Source 101 at NC State’s McKimmon Center for Extension & Continuing Education this past weekend. It’s always nice to visit Raleigh, NC and Red Hat Tower. I met several awesome attendees and speakers while I was in town too. The All Things Open team did an absolutely fantastic job at every facet of this conference. If you have the opportunity to attend one of these events you most definitely should! [Read More]
